Speech-Language Pathologist

We are looking for Registered Speech Language Pathologists to join our inter-disciplinary team.

Continuum North works within a collaborative model including occupational therapists, psychologists, nursing, counselling, physiotherapists, educators, and specialized interventionists (ex. deaf and hard of hearing educator).

This is an employment position (versus sub-contractor). This is a hybrid travel / virtual position, with travel to northern communities central to the role. Travel from other jurisdictions may be supported depending on location / employment agreement.

Experience required in

  • Working with Indigenous cultures and Northern communities (or willingness to learn)

  • Trauma informed and neurodiverse approach

  • Inclusive Schooling and Tiers of Service models

  • Competency in AAC preferred

  • Inter-disciplinary collaboration

Qualifications

  • Registered as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a College in Canada.

Commitment

  • Flexible schedule. Dependent on your availability. Full-time, part-time, or casual.
